This Herbal Brite comes in a dry, powder form, in a jar.
No Fluoride.
Directions : Use like an ordinary toothpaste. We recommend brushing gently with a silicone toothbrush 1-5 times per day for about 3-5 minutes. For best results, brush gently using a silicone toothbrush with Herbal Brite for longer time. If you are using plastic toothbrush, you should brush less 1 minute.
For sensitive teeth and taste, you may combine Herbal Brite with an ordinary toothpaste until you get used to the unique flavor. Gradually increase Herbal Brite and use it by itself for that healthy clean feeling.
